Payments confirm start of service.

Refunds are only available within 2 days of the initial payment, provided that no consultation or document preparation work has yet begun. After this 2-day period, no refunds are applicable under any circumstances.

For clients paying in two installments, the second installment may be withheld only if Croatian Citizenship Consultants fails to provide the service as outlined and agreed upon in advance.

All payments and transactions are final beyond these conditions.
