Hi, I’m Martina Maričević. I was born in Rijeka, Croatia, a place that shaped who I am and where my love for this beautiful country began. Since I was little, I’ve always felt a deep connection to my heritage and a genuine pride in being Croatian.

 

I studied Cultural Studies at the University of Rijeka, where I explored questions of identity, history, and belonging. After university, I found my way into the citizenship by descent field. What started as a career quickly became a calling. I realized how meaningful it is to help others discover (or rediscover) their connection to Croatia and be a part of their story.

 

Now, I dedicate my work to guiding people through the process of becoming Croatian citizens. For me, it’s not just about paperwork, it’s about helping others embrace their identity, celebrate their family history, and create their own lasting bond with Croatia.
